Objective Summary

  1. To provide adequate numbers of trained and certified professional to protect the public and property at your site.
  2. Additional security personal provided upon the need to handle site-related issues.
  3. Security personal hired at your site will be instructed to assist and help both building tenants and the visiting public providing a higher level of service.
  4. Teamus Security Solutions Management will be available 24/7 to handle all customer requests and emergency response issues.
  5. Teamus Security Solutions, LLC ownership/management will be available to meet with your team 24/7 to ensure contract compliance, guard training, and any other contract issue that arise.

Training Plan

  1. On-Site Training
    All security guards will be thoroughly orientated on-site as to the specific locations and building layouts as well as potential security issues of the different tenants included within the site property.
  2. Off-Site Training
    All security guards will be trained in proper procedures and expected behavior standards during our six-week training course.
  3. Printed Manuals
    Working with your team, Teamus Security Solutions, LLC will develop site-specific manuals to track, train, and document all
    site-specific needs.
  4. Fast Track Training
    Experience Teamus Security Solutions, LLC security personal will receive concentrated training and orientation so that they will assume duties on your site as soon as possible.
  5. Ongoing Training
    Teamus Security Solutions, LC will provide ongoing training for its staff as needed to handle new situations, updated technologies, updated laws, and additions to Washington State policies and procedures.

Coordination

Unarmed security guards cannot handle every situation on their own. Teamus Security Solutions, LLC will put in place procedures with other agencies and train all personal to coordinate with their other city and county agencies as described below.

Law Enforcement Issues

1. Upon observing criminal activity, Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guards will immediately contact the Seattle Police Department for assistance.

2. If necessary, Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guards may stop and observe/document a suspect, but only law enforcement can arrest suspects.

3. During the time of public unrest, city events, and special occasions, Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guards may be called upon to interact with local police and even federal authorities. In these cases, Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guards will obey all instructions of the law enforcement authorities.

Medical Issues

1. All Teamus Facility Solutions, LLC will be certified in First Aid, and CPR procedures to render emergency assistance as needed.

2. In case of minor injury or illness, (no broken bones, bleeding, unconscious, or breathing difficulties), Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guards will be instructed to contact Seattle Fire and police departments and request emergency medical technician assistance.

3. In case of major injury or severe illness, (obvious broken bones, bleeding, periods of unconscious or breathing difficulties), Teamus Security Solutions, LLC will contact 911 and request a paramedic unit.

Transient Issues

With our regions recent transient issues, this can pose a potential problem with the building site being utilized as a shelter or in some instances attempted trespassing onto site property, guards will be trained to observe, document, and contact Seattle Police Department.

Summary

Periodic drills will be held in conjunction with appropriate agencies to ensure that all parties know how to respond in an efficient, appropriate, manner to keep tenants, visiting public, and building management safe.

Management

Effective security services depend on adequate supervision and performance reviews for all security personal. Your contract with Teamus Security Solutions, LLC guarantees the following:

  1. Frequent checks by Teamus Security Solutions, LLC senior management team of your properties ensures the highest level of service and contract compliance.
    A surprise drop-in inspection by our supervisory staff can happen at any time during any event. During a check like this, all guards will be observed and evaluated.
  2. Availability and willingness of Teamus Security Solutions, LLC management to take comments and complaints on our service.
    If any of our guards behave in an unsatisfactory manner, we want to hear about it immediately. Supervisors are available 24/7 to respond to all needs.
  3. Immediate Correction of all Service Problems.
    If an issue is determined to be a lack of training or a misunderstanding, guards will be instructed incorrect behavior and put on probation. A repletion of problem behavior will result in the immediate replacement of the guard.
  4. Availability of Teamus Security Solutions, LLC to handle scheduling issues, including emergency situations.
    A member of the management team from Teamus Security Solutions, LLC is on call 24/7 to respond and provide immediate assistance for your property.

Teamus Security Solutions, LLC staff will be dressed to the highest standard of professionalism and will be required to adhere to all dress code standards whenever on customer property.

  • Required uniform will include sport jacket, dress slacks, dress shoe (held at a high shine), tucked and ironed shirt with a tie. Teamus Security Solutions uniform will be labeled with either the customer logo or the Teamus logo.
  • Security guard badges and or ID cards will be clearly visible for the public to identify guard name and ccompany.
  • Required uniform will include long sleeve/or short sleeve polo tucked into cargo pants and black walking shoe or steel toe boot.
